Cheryl Pleak, the newest member of the Mountain Properties Group LLC, is an experienced realtor, having been licensed in Washington State, the Las Vegas, NV area and Idaho. Cheryl grew up in the Nampa area, raising her family and being involved in community activities and politics.
In addition to real estate, Cheryl has a background in lending where she specialized in non-traditional funding sources for affordable housing. She is an expert on layering multiple down payment assistance programs to make housing affordable for qualifying individuals that otherwise may not have been able to purchase a home. In addition to real estate and lending she has a strong background in grant administration and was the grant writer for the City of Horseshoe Bend. Her experience lends her skills in many areas of selling, listing and developing housing programs.
